Why quote
There are many popular inspirational quotes and there are many I particularly like. For sometime now, i have found myself posting these in my Facebook, Twitter and other websites. Many have followed suit, which is great. What's the purpose? I think these gems of wisdom sayings deserve to be echoed from generation to generation, for they are words that came from men and women who impacted lives, communities, if not the world.
As a photo digital artist, i am particularly drawn to these authors profound and powerful messages, and in this case i have chosen to showcase my choices through posters, utilizing photos i took from my travel here and there. Nature is close to my heart and so are children and the subject of love, faith and art.

Remarkable photos. I love quotes and what you said, "I think these gems of wisdom sayings deserve to be echoed from generation to generation, for they are words that came from men and women who impacted lives, communities, if not the world." This reminded me of a quote by Maya Angelou "In those homely sayings are couched the collective wisdom of generations".
Indeed powerful messages from well chosen words, such as the unknown author quoted "Walls Have Ears". My dad adopted that quote in my home and I have recited it to my kids too. Just passing it down to the next generation, huh!
Lovely photos & quotes. My favs are "Treasures" & "Retreat".......beautiful :)

Outstanding photography and wise words! The Andre Gide is my favorite combination here—a stunning pic and wise words. The best quote here has got to be the Frederick Douglass. If only the world paid attention to this one! Thanks for the pleasure!
